doublet's Spring Summer 2019 Editorial Seen By /017 Shop
With the LVMH Grand Prize from 2018 under their belt, doublet’s Spring Summer 2019 collection is now available. In 2018 the Japanese label won the illustrious LVMH Grand Prize which included over $300,000 USD, and a years mentorship from industry leaders such as Karl Lagerfeld. Founded back in 2012b by Masayuki Ino, the brand continues to explore new ideas and fields through a lens that blends traditional Japanese streetwear fashion and experimental materials.
Canadian boutique /017 recently photographed an in-house editorial featuring the brand's SS19 collection. Key items to look out for include the Tiger 3D Printed Souvenir Jacket that takes a classic and recognisable Japanese garment through modern technology, White Slogan T-Shirt in Instant Noodle Cup which is… self explanatory, and finally the 3D Patch Cut Off Cardigan adds a touch of Ivy League, select items are available now from /017.
