Brain Dead Teams Up With Carhartt WIP On A Collaboration
Los Angeles-based collective, Brain Dead, founded by Ed Davis and Kyle Ng take on some of Carhartt's classics and have re-worked them for a visually stimulating collaboration. Bringing their post-punk graphics to some workwear classics this the first time the two have worked on a project with one another. With collaborations recently with Comme des Garçons and Sasquatchfabrix. this continues to be a successful year for the West-Coast brand.
This collection features much loved Carhartt pieces such as the Chore Coat produced in a lightweight nylon and Bib Overall's in their classic canvas. These are welcomed with graphic t-shirts, Carpenter Pants, and a flurry of caps that all feature a re-done version of the Carhartt and Brain Dead logo.
Selected pieces from the Brain Dead x Carhartt collaboration are available at Good As Gold, Très Bien and other select retailers.
