Très Bien's FW18 Collection Refines Menswear
Swedish retailer Très Bien has delivered big with their latest Fall/Winter 2018 collection. Founded back in 2006 by brothers Simon and Hannes Hogeman together with childhood friends Björn Lindén and Jakob Törnberg in Malmö, Sweden the store was definitely ahead of its time carrying brands such as Engineered Garments and Nike Sportswear. Focussing on refined brands that hold quality, brand and story at their priority the store quickly became a haven for the streetwear and menswear communities alike drawing customers worldwide and a cult following. Today the e-commerce platform can attribute its success to blending the streetwear culture with high-end designers from Dries Van Noten, Prada and Raf Simons sitting next to Brain Dead, Know Wave and Bianca Chandon.
In April 2014, Très Bien expanded their offering into a fully fledged menswear line designed in-house, creating garments that fitted around the brands they carried for their customers. The importance of design and quality was apparent from the outset with the Très Bien line mirroring the store’s values and mission. The Scandinavian style was breaking through globally with labels such as Acne Studios and Our Legacy leading the charge, the Très Bien brand followed suit now being carried in some of the world’s leading retailers such as End Clothing and Opening Ceremony.
Now with their Fall/Winter 2018 collection you can expect wardrobe staples to wear everyday as well as statement pieces for a bit of fun. The outerwear focuses on lightweight materials that can be utilised not matter the weather conditions, this can be seen through the Anorak, Simple Parka and the Warm Up Jacket. Bold colours come to play on sweaters and tops as well as loud accessories such as the snake skin belts. Finally their souvenir t-shirts are always a must purchase, simple in design with understated graphics that have a treatment of typography like no other. Très Bien’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection is available now from select retailers and their online store.
