Checks Downtown Surfaces NYC Label: Aimé Leon Dore
NYC label Aimé Leon Dore is set to release tomorrow evening at Checks Downtown. The brand is well known for its take on minimalism and introducing 90's sportswear influences into its design. Founder Teddy Santis has niched a market finding the balance of streetwear relevance and over saturation on execution good quality and design.
Key drop one items are basic sweatsuits and graphic tees in bold and vibrant colours, this of course for spring summer for the Northern Hemisphere market. This is the first time the brand has been represented in New Zealand with Area 51 also picking up the brand. We'll be sure to announce when Drop 2 arrives in-stores but in the mean time are you going to grab any pieces?
